The project aims to investigate the neural correlates of long-term memory encoding using dynamic visual stimuli. The work will provide insights on the mechanisms underlying successful memory encoding with benefits for the health and education sector.

The project is part of the cross-departmental collaboration between the Department of Psychology and CSEE as well as an international collaboration with Dublin City University (DCU). Our previous work on the topic has already led to several conference publications (MediaEval 2021).

This project is also part of the MediaEval Predicting Media Memorability project.
